Tim Lorenz has both a M.A. and a B.A.from California State University. He developed and designed the Orange County Small Claims Court Advisory Training Program and was the Director of the Los Angeles County Homeowner Fraud Unit.
Currently the Head of Training at Keller Williams Realty, a member of the Agent Leadership Council and in charge of the Mentor Program. Tim is the Team Leader for the Elite Home Sales Team at Keller Williams Realty in Mission Viejo, Ca. Tim is recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in the Western States. He authored the book, Renter’s Rights & Responsibilities and was Host of , Coping in Today’s World a Times Weekly Mirror Cable series.
Tim has done thousands of Broker Price Opinions for banks as they realize his superior ability to determine the correct price, in the current market, at a specific time. The Elite Home Sales Team has proven itself time and time again, in it’s ability to sell homes in the shortest amount of time, for the most amount of money and with the least amount of problems.

Ron has lived in South America for 3 years, the East coast and now Southern California since 1968.
Experienced in sales, management and operations in the Hospitality and Transportation industries. Ron
has worked as Director of Tour Sales, Sales Manager and Western Regional Sales Manager for several major hotels, independent and chains. Also co-owner of a contract trucking company which was sold after 10 years.
Now a Realtor, for the past 11 years, a member of the Elite Home Sales Team with Keller Williams Realty, in Mission Viejo, Ca. As Team Administrator, he assists with team operations, management and sales.
Joseph Steck has been in the financial services and real estate business for almost 25 years. Beginning his career at Merrill Lynch he knew the value of real estate in a clients’ portfolio. Taking his own advice, Joe accumulated almost 80 investment units, which he owned, rehabbed and managed.
He brings to the table vast experience not only to buyers for investment property purchases, but also for those looking for clients next dream home.
His negotiating skills, as well as truly understanding the numbers of both the sale and purchase, make him a real asset to Keller Williams and his clients.

Bringing extensive knowledge of the real estate market and finance to his position as a respected Realtor, Ira offers his clients an outstanding level of service. His background in the mortgage industry allows Ira to excel at every level of the real estate transaction.
Prior to earning his Realtor license, Ira has spent nearly 25 years involved in all aspects of financing residential and commercial properties. His extensive knowledge in credit, appraisal and all mortgage underwriting guidelines gives his clients the edge needed to secure a smooth and on time escrow. Respected by his colleagues for his problem solving and leadership skills, Ira possesses the singular ability to empower his clientele to create a collaborative and cooperative team.
Always stressing the importance of building and maintaining client relationships, he provides his clients with the market knowledge, technology and the resources they need to effectively buy and sell their dream properties. Originally from Long Island, NY, – Ira currently lives in Mission Viejo, CA, with his wife Melissa and two children Shane and Keira.
It was Len’s passion for helping his clients that led him into a career in Real Estate. After graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science, he worked for over 20 years managing Sales and Marketing Divisions for Software companies. He soon grew weary of dealing with corporate purchasing departments and sought out a career that provided direct interaction with the consumer.
In 2003 Len earned his California Real Estate License and began a rewarding career helping his clients with one of life’s most important decisions. He started his career at Prudential but soon left for his new home at Keller Williams. After seven years at Keller Williams he jumped at the opportunity to manage a large RE/MAX office in Mission Viejo. The work was fun and interesting but did not provide enough time for working directly with clients.
Len recently returned to Keller Williams and the perfect “Dream Job” as Operations Manager for the Elite Home Sales Team while still prioritizing the needs of his clients.

Originally from Caxias do Sul, Brazil, Tania came to the US in 1968, received her B.S. degree in Business Management from Cal Poly Pomona, would go on to help her father run his multimillion dollar steel business and would eventually find her way into property management.
En route to becoming a licensed Real Estate professional, Tania was the sole asset manager for her family’s numerous commercial investment properties. It was during this time, she enhanced her leadership and management skills through commercial and residential real estate investing, asset management and selling real estate.
